This basement development project was an open canvas for us to work with, it was rewarding.  Our client’s priority was to make this a comfortable suite that didn’t feel like you were in a basement.  We installed Amdry insulated subfloor, spray foamed the walls and put up Soniguard soundproof and insulation ceiling tiles.  The result was a climate-controlled space with sound-proofing materials keeping both the upstairs and down place of privacy. The project scope included additional cabinetry for cups, plates and snacks, a large laundry room with a sink, a large bedroom that had a dedicated door to the bathroom making the floor run smooth.  Comfort, privacy and independence were all accomplished in this basement development.
